Product Details
This fee comes into play if an affiliate sells their signs (or business) to someone outside of the Stork Lady group. It establishes a license for the new owner to use the copyright / TM protected designs. It also establishes the 20 miles (driving directions) area based on the new owner's home address in which another business package will not be sold. It is payable by the new owner.
**Please Note: The transfer fee does not come into play if an affiliate sells their signs to an active affiliate of the Stork Lady. That person is already licensed to use the designs and the 20 miles is in place.
